I just bought a two-storey, 1 & 1/2 bath, condo in High River. Looking for a clean, quiet roommate. Non-smoker or outside smoking only. I have one cat, so no pets please. Rent $600/mth all inclusive. Five appliances, granite countertops, fireplace and all blinds are included. It is roughed in for air conditioning and I may get this installed if it gets too hot next summer. Only furniture required will be for your room.
